Since "Startup Programs" are an operational program I am leery to try to fix that issue myself, being only an experienced user. In the meantime he deactived certain startup functions and I still haven't had them reactivated yet. Finally he said they tried everything and that it had to be a Printer problem and I'm waiting for the "Printer department" to call me back to go another round with them.
